Certicate of competency for Inland Master 1 class OR 2. Certicate of Service 3. Matriculation or equivalent.

Senior Deckhand Essential : 1. X Class pass or equivalent. 2. 5 years’ service on sea going vessel with two
years in helmsman and
seamanship work.
Desirable :
1. Certicate
of Fishery
Training School
2. Matriculation or
equivalent.

SeamanEssential :
1. X Class pass or
equivalent.
2. Three years’ experience
in sea going
mechanized vessel with
two years in helmsman
and seamanship work.

Department
